If you are in the market for a good scrubber, then the Boss Equipment B200752 Scrubber might just be a great purchase! In this review, you’re going to learn what the scrubber offers, and how it works!
When you take a look at this scrubber, you’ll notice that it has a very simple and relatively sparse design. Nothing is particularly unique or distinct about this design, but it doesn’t need to be unique. Instead, it’s practical, and very easy-to-use.
Part of what makes this scrubber so practical and easy-to-use, is the fact that it only weighs seven-pounds. That’s pretty light, for a scrubber. And, since it’s thin – tall, but thin – you can store it in many places, with ease. Moving it around is easy, too, since there are wheels on the very bottom, which make it easy for you to push the scrubber across any type of flooring.
To use this scrubber, you’re going to need to plug it into a power outlet. And then, you’ll need to attach one of four attachments, to the bottom of the scrubber. There are four attachments that you can use, and each one of them is ideal for particular kinds of floor scrubbing.
The scrub brushes that this scrubber comes with are very effective. They’re thick and composed of strong bristles that can easily remove dense stains from both hard floors, as well as carpets and rugs. If you’re going to be cleaning up stains that are especially thick, then you’ll be using the scrub brushes, because they’re the most effective for that type of scrubbing.
If you need to clean a larger carpet, then you can use the carpet bonnets. The carpet bonnets are larger than the brushes, and they’re great at dealing with large carpeted spaces that are filled with dirt and stains.
For hard floor cleaning and polishing, you have microfiber pads that are included. Using these microfiber pads works very well, as it allows you to remove the dirt and dust that’s on your hard floors. But, due to the strength of the microfiber pads, it polishes off the floors and removes some of the excess material, making your floors look smoother and nicer.
The last attachment that you’ll find is that of felt pads. These are similar to the microfiber pads, but they’re made of felt. Felt is a great material for wooden floors, since they aren’t too strong, so they won’t damage the wooden material. If you have a hardwood floor that you would like to scrub and polish, then you’ll be using the felt pads.
Each one of those attachments works very well, and makes it very easy for you to scrub and polish your floors, no matter what material those floors are made of. But, if the motor of this scrubber was lacking, then those attachments wouldn’t be very useful. Fortunately, though, the motor is very strong, and it’s able to scrub very quickly and very efficiently.
When the motor is running, it’s able to spin the two scrubbers, which hold the attachments that you are using, at 470RPM. That’s a very fast speed, and this allows whatever attachment you are using to move quickly and tirelessly, making it very easy for whatever material you are dealing with to be removed from your floors.
While you’re using this scrubber, depending on the floors that you’re cleaning, you’ll want to spray some cleaning solution. This isn’t a necessity, but it is worth mentioning, because this scrubber isn’t always able to clean large stains or messes without the aid of cleaning solution.
The other quality that you need to be aware of, is the fact that this scrubber is very loud. It’s not quiet, in any way, and while it’s running, you’ll hear a lot of noise. Most of this noise comes from the motor, which runs at a rapid pace, but the scrubbers and the scrub brushes are also very loud.
Overall, though, those are the only two flaws that you need to be aware of. Sometimes, you’ll need to spray some cleaning solution onto the floor, and the scrubber makes a lot of noise, which could be annoying to you.
